THE CCIM

The Columbus Creative Industry Mixer is Central Ohio’s largest creative social event, bringing together the who’s-who of the creative arena on one highly anticipated night.  The event has shaped the creative networking landscape and continues to set the standard of combining art and entertainment.  The CCIM is renown for its grown-breaking, elaborately staged, and propped photobooths that bring everyone together.

The CCIM  2018-2019 is currently produced by the Columbus's fashion and creative industry icons Thomas McClure and Gerardo Encinas.  The event has become the not to be missed happening. Attendees will be brushing shoulders with the industry’s top art directors, photographers, designers, TV personalities, models, ,stylists, actors, musicians, talent agents and print, film, music and television producers.

OUR MISSION

To unite creative people from all creative backgrounds and disciplines with the people that hire talent while increasing local brand awareness and loyalty. The event was branded the Columbus Creative Industry Mixer to give a sense of ownership to the artists of the city. Striving to raise awareness that the talent in Columbus, Ohio is equal to any city on the coast!

THE FOUNDER

The CCIM was created by noted photographer and OSU graduate Matthew Roharik in 2009. Matthew is a testament to the strength of the art community in Columbus Ohio. His studio was responsible for launching the careers of the top creatives and defining the aesthetic for the city of Columbus.  Matthew resides in Los Angeles and his work appears in numerous magazines such as Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire, Cosmo and Seventeen. His portfolio can be viewed at www.roharik.com
